All my life, I've had a passionate interest in illustration and graphic art and design. I grew up on cartoons and various forms of sequential art, and this lead me to work on drawing my own stories. By the time I was in high school, I was taking my art seriously, knowing full well that this would be my future. Some of my high school experience included pre-college programs and life drawing classes. I next attended the Cleveland Institute of Art and majored in illustration. While in college, I got my first opportunity to illustrate a children's book, "How the Rhino Got His Skin", and this was published in fall of 2013. In late 2014 I was commissioned by the Fred S Keller School to illustrate two books for them, which was a journey that lasted until spring 2015. I joined EssenceCartoon in May of 2017 as a freelance illustrator and 2D animator. Aside from illustration, my interests include graphic arts and design, animation, game design, and comic books.
